The bodice is loose fitting with loose pleats on the shoulders creating a relaxed fit.
Short cap sleeves, soft pleated from the shoulder onto the bodice.
Gathered/smocked detail on the side seams above the waist.
A side swooped swag to the left side of the dress. 
Matching belt.
